1. Copyright Infringement Notification

2. Response to Copyright Complaints

We reserve the right to take appropriate action regarding repeat copyright infringement where required or appropriate.
3. Counter-Notification

A counter-notification should include:

- Your name, address, telephone number, and email address.
- Any statements regarding jurisdiction and acceptance of service of process that are required under applicable law.
Where the DMCA counter-notification procedure applies, a valid counter-notification may be forwarded to the original complainant. The affected material may then be restored in accordance with the time periods and requirements established by applicable law unless we receive notice that the complainant has filed an appropriate legal action.
4. Misrepresentations
Submitting false or misleading copyright claims or counter-notifications may have legal consequences. You should only submit a notice when you have a reasonable basis for believing that copyright infringement has occurred.
5. International Users
The Digital Millennium Copyright Act is a United States law. Copyright rights and notice procedures may differ depending on the country involved.
We may evaluate copyright complaints under applicable laws and procedures depending on the circumstances of the request, the location of the parties, and the services involved.
